Your possession of this ticket constitutes your acceptance of these. TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. No trading or promotional activities allowed within the venue without the prior consent of Solo Promotions ltd. Goods using unauthorised event logos and unauthorised professional recording equipment must be surrendered to staff. Photographic equipment is permitted, provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the bearer agrees to pay the Promoter for the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs/visual/audio recordings for commercial use. Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts. There is no guarantee of tickets’ validity for entry unless purchased from official ticket agent Skiddle for the Event. You give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. If only one or more days (but not all days) of the Event are cancelled, you may only be offered a proportionate partial refund; b. ‘material alteration’ is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in Solo Promotions ltd’s opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. In particular, please note that the following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the line-up of the Event; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual members of a band; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed in full; and delays to starting the performance of an Event; and c. ‘special exception’ is an exception determined by Solo Promotions ltd in its sole discretion. Refunds should be requested from the point of purchase, no later than 1 week after the event. Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the T&Cs of the point of sale. TICKETS Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. The Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a ticket between 21st May 2024 and 30th June 2024 at 11pm (the "Eligibility Period"), subject to Ticket availability. If you need to bring specific food or drink or medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please bring supporting medical evidence. Anyone resisting the surrender of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction. Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned. INFORMATION GETTING HERE LOCATION It’s easy to reach Margam Country Park by car, its just off the M4 Margam Country Park, Margam, Neath Port Talbot, Glamorgan, SA13 2T CAR There is car parking available on site for £10 per car. You can purchase tickets HERE. COACH We will be running coaches from Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Glynneath, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil and Neath to and from the event. SHUTTLE BUSES TO PORT TALBOT TRAIN STATION We will be running return shuttle buses from Port Talbot train station. TRAIN AND BUS SERVICES Bus X1 , a Cymru Clipper runs frequently (less on Sundays) from Swansea bus station (stand G). The journey takes about 55 minutes. Hop off at the main entrance . Shuttle buses will leave between 13:30pm - 18:30pm and returning from 21:00pm - midnight. ​ TRAIN AND BUS SERVICES Bus X1 , a Cymru Clipper runs frequently (less on Sundays) from Swansea bus station (stand G). The journey takes about 55 minutes. Hop off at the main entrance . Bus X1 also runs from Port Talbot bus station and train stations (10-15 mins) and Bridgend bus station (25 mins, and a 5-minute walk from the train station). ​ There are direct trains to Bridgend from: Cardiff Central (20 mins), Newport (30 mins), Bristol Parkway (55 mins), Aberdare and Cheltenham. TICKETS Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused.
